went there on a couple's retreat. was surprised i was given a cup of warm tea while checking in! room was great and consistent in design like all 5 star starwood hotels. breakfast was average. all 5 star hotel should check out grand hyatt shenzhen. they really do raise the bar for breakfast. Location is excellent with the hotel right above the spanling new mall filled with international brands, good restaurants and a modern cinema
