Excellent staff...gave us great recommendations...close to the river walk activities...very clean facilities...quick to respond to our needs...I would highly recommend this place to friends...the business people seemed pleased with their accomedations

We had a two day extension to a business trip, and this was our "pre-honeymoon" trip prior to our September wedding. Every staff member, was professional, positive, friendly and accommodating. A free upgrade to the Riverwalk side with a balcony was first, just because he wanted to be generous. Then great music in the lobby. First rate service in the bar and restaurant. Friendly bell service. The decor was classy and the room was well done and clean. We highly recommend the Westin Riverwalk! We'll be back.
