This hotel is friendly, comfortable and easy to get to. It's a nice place to attend a conference, with the conference center attached directly to the hotel.

There was one time when the concierge desk stood empty for quite a while and a line up of people, me included, waited 15 or more minutes then I gave up and left, so I don't know when someone finally came to serve people... the flip side was our first contact with the valet outside who was extremely friendly and forthcoming with information re parking etc. He really helped and impressed us and left us with a great feeling about the hotel. We also thought the buffet breakfast was marvelous! We can't wait to come again.
