The Westin Melbourne Guest Reviews
Not really quite reaching a 5 star mark for us at $429.00 for the night, no breakfast. Food choices in lounge uninspiring. Bathroom lacked attention to detail i.e. dust under basins and shower tiles a bit mouldy. My husband hates it when there's no toilet brush. Espresso martinis good!

This hotel was very clean and we had a comfortable stay. The staff there are just perfect. They are professional, friendly and respectful. Superb combination. Hats off to Ian and concierge of the year in (?) Australasia whose name we didn't get - both were delightful to meet and provided excellent service as did the doorman. Couldn't fault the hotel nor the staff.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Melbourne. Close to theatres, galleries, great shopping and cafes galore. Hotel is very classy and has spacious comfortable rooms, huge bathroom. Very nice pool and spa.

Our stay at the Westin was wonderful ! The staff are very welcoming and professional and the rooms are beautiful. We felt like the staff were genuinely keen to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. thank you for a lovely weekend !
