Lets just say that the Westin is not a place I would stay or refer to a friend. All the promotions that were on the internet were misleading. They were to have a king size bed for us, but when we arrived on Dec 19,2011 late in theevening we were given two doubles. My husband and I did not complain about this horrible mistake so we keep the room for the rest of our stay. They also promised you robes witch did not exist. There were a few draws that were broken also. We were in a room with an adjoining door witch was locked, but we could here the people next door. They had small children who were not very quiet. I feel that the Hotel should inquire who is staying in a room, so inorder not to put couples who are looking for quiet time next to families with small children. So for now all I can say is Aloha Westin.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were luxurious for standard rooms. The double beds are small, but we got a free ocean view upgrade for giving up the king bed. Pools are nice and not crowded. Great walking path on the ocean to visit shopping center and other resorts. Oaken restaurant t is only open Wed through Sun, so we went elsewhere. We would go again!

We found the hotel to be an outstanding experience in a great location. Great food and service. Would definitely return on our next trip to Hawaii.

Beautiful pools and beachfront. Loved the location. The rooms were nice, average compared to other Westins we have stayed in. We would stay there again. Service and staff were excellent!
