Hotel is great! only problem is why the breakfast was not included with my reservation !! and no any notice when making reservation!!

we have stayed at this hotel for the 5th time within the last 3 years.. we love it.. it is close to all big shopping centres and the breakfast buffet is scrumptous.. would recommend it to all my family and friends..

The service is excellent, and location is superb, right in the city centre. My husband and I spent stayed for 3 nights, and we enjoyed every minute of it. The staff were very efficient and friendly. It would've been perfect if the car parking and wifi internet access came complimentary with the room rate. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to KL.
