The Westin Guangzhou Hotel Guest Reviews
Excellent location with good dining outlets. While hotel amenities are generally good, quality of toiletries can be improved. Compared to the Shangrila Guangzhou where they provide L'Occitane products, Westin seems to thrift in this area. Overall quite happy. Qba is not a nice place to relax while the drinks at the lobby bar is exorbitant.

The Westin Hotel is definitely the best hotel I have stayed at in Guangzhou - the service is excellent, staff friendly and helpful, English is spoken. I would definitely stay here again - it's an oasis in Guangzhou.

i was suprised that as a five star hotel service and cleanliness is not up to standard.as we are double occupancy,room slippers is only one pair and some toiletries like cottonbud is not provided.guess what ,we even got our wc overflow at middle of the night!!!and the soundproof was bad we will disturb by our neighbours screaming and upstairs walking /step sound.the location was out of the main city.at the end of tian-he.
