All staff had a great energy and attitiude. Great rooms and value with exception of $32 for valet was not expecting that but what was the choice I guess I could have parked in Public parking. I would reccommend this hotel.

Don't let the front entrance remodel keep you from this amazing San Diego get away. Located in the heart of San Diego, this hotel location tops the chart! Horton Plaza is right next door, great restaurants, clubs, and Panera just steps from the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Valet was a little pricey but worth every penny. Beautiful views of the city and a Heavenly bed makes this a must visit! We will be back.

Nos quedamos del 24 al 27 de noviembre de 2011 en el hotel, la segunda noche solicitamos un room service que cancelamos un minuto después de haberlo pedido ya que decidimos mejor salir a cenar, cuando solicité la cancelación me la negaron diciendo que ya habian hecho el pedido y que sería cargado a mi habitación, les dije que no era justo ya que habia pedido hace menos de un minuto y que el room service para el desayuno había tardado mas de hora y media, razón por la que decidimos salir, a lo que me dijeron que yo mentía ya que lo solicité veinte minutos antes lo que era una mentira absoluta, finalmente, cargaron a mi tarjeta de crédito y contra mi voluntad el room service que además nunca enviaron a mi habitación, fuera de ese incidente mi estancia fue plancentera, el hotel no podría estar mejor ubicado aunque no es ni siquiera cerca descomunal, es un hotel standard con servicios promedio; las habitaciones son bastante amplias y el staff del hotel es generalmente amable sin involucrarse demasiado en tu comodidad.
