We must have had the best view from our first floor balcony over the Grand Canal in the whole of Venice. Just stunning. Hotelclub advertised it as an extraordinary view and we were not disappointed.

Very satisfied with the hotel, service and facilities. Walking distance from San Marco, this hotel provided all my expectations from a Hotel in Venice at a reasonable price.

The location on the Waterfront means that breakfast on the terrace is a wonderful experience.

Relies a lot on its superb setting, but is only an average 4 star hotel. As with everything in Venice it tends to be overpriced. The waterfront buffet breakfast and terrace bar for evening drinks are the best features, as is the direct water taxi link to the Airport. Also a free water taxi transfer to the sister hotel (Excelsior) on the Venice Lido is recommended.

Had a very bad experience at this hotel, will not be returning nor recommending. Service was non existant and the staff were very arrogant. If your not filthy rich they couldn't care less about you. The rooms were very ordinary and are in desperate need of updating. Not worth the money you pay!!!!

very expensive even on hotel club, service okay but no headsets in gym, asked to buy for 5 euros and 3 machines out of 6 not working in gym, when I complained it fell on deaf ears

We stayed in a triple and double with five people on 3/12-14, 2007. They gave us lovely adjoining rooms with big marble baths, large walk-in closets that served as dressing rooms and comfortable beds. The location is terrific. Breakfast was our favorite of the trip, a large buffet with a view overlooking the grand canal with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, several breads, yogurt, fresh kiwi, strawberries and pinapple, and wonderful fresh juices. The orange juice was made with Sicilian oranges tha made the juice bright red. They arranged a water taxi to the train station for us. We had no problems at the Westin Europa and Regina and recommend it to others.

beautiful hotel in spectacular setting. Great breakfast. A decent walk from the ferry though. Water taxi is easier, but more costly

Very nice hotel in the heart of Venice. We had a superior double room with a canal view and the price was unbelievable esp when we realised how expensive the city is. It is a true 4 star hotel and highly recommended.
