good service, nice hotel,good envirment if you have kids but not for singles. the pool too busy with small childern, loud. better show up to the pool at 8 am other wise the sunny spots around the pool are taken.as a single person next time i will stay some place else.

We stayed between Nov. 17 and Nov 21. 2011. The Hotel Was Very Clean,Well Decorated and Staff Very Helpful. The Pool Area Was Clean And Beautiful. There Is An 1 Dollar Trolley That Comes By Evey 30 min. That will Take You Up And Down The Beach. There Is Also A Walmart , Grocery Store and Drug Store 5 Min. Away. I Have Already Recommended This Hotel To My Friends. I Will Come Back Here ..

Easy in easy out. Valet was excellent. room excellent. Staff very attentive.

we got to enjoy a 4 day stay at the westin. the lobby was under renovation and the images on the orbitz and hotel website made it appear that everything was already done. a little misleading. but overall, only a minor detractor to the stay. a little on the pricey side. pool area a big plus. a solid "4" out of 5.

This stay was a girlfriends' weekend getaway for pampering and relaxation. The Westin Diplomat is a beautiful hotel with excellent rooms however the staff quality is inconsistent. The cafe baristas were rude and I had to beg for two towels for the beach. I was told there was not enough laundry to provide me with two towels. I don't appreciate having to argue and beg so I can put my head on a towel at the beach. They charged $15 for a beach chair and another $15 for umbrellas. I found this nickel/diming to be in poor taste. There were extremely long waits for the valet service to bring the cars - once it took nearly an hour! It seems they cannot handle the overwhelming number of guests or to make sure their staff are consistently polite and helpful.
