The hotel was great! But I did not receive the room that was requested. An additional $50.00 was taken from my credit card as an " additional deposit" when I arrived to the hotel. I was told by online I would only be charged an $10.00 deposit. Watch for the hidden fees guys.

Great staff and hotel. The only thing is the hottub wasn't working which was a big dissapointment.

I lost my flight so I haven't reservation at hotel any more. When I searched for hotels in Chicago (close to O'hare), I founded Westin and I booked it. When I arrived I thought "I want to stay here more than one night!"

Was a quick biz. trip stop and thought the hotel was a very nice option. Nice open concept, comfortable bed & nice restaurant & bar on main floor.
