The Westin Bund Center Shanghai Guest Reviews
Westin Bund Center Shanhai is an outstanding hotel. Staff was very friendly and ready to support any request or information. Well located and close to some shopping areas. It was about 30 min away from airport. Unfortunately due to my limited time, I was not able to take full advantage of their services. Highly recommend to use this place and consider to have enough time to enjoy it.

Terrific location only a casual 5 minute walk to the Bund, and close kto great shopping along Nanjing Road. Staff excellent. Rooms good size.

Excellent hotel in a very good location. Unfortunately right now the Bund is under construction so you can’t walk around. The service was excellent, the breakfast very good. We registered to hotel very late at night and still were able to book a fool day excursion for the next morning with the concierge help. The rooms are great and bathrooms are wonderful. I would definitely stay there again

Really enjoyed our stay at the Westin. Have stayed in all the 5 star hotels in Shanghai and this is the best as far as value for money goes. We DID get a very good deal through [your website].The breakfast was terrific, our room was very spacious and the staff very friendly and obliging. The only crit I have is the gaudy decorations on the lobby and the bath was very short....fairly inconsequential! It only takes about 8 minutes to walk to Nanjing Lu and even less to get to the Bund. It is also about 8 mins to the metro station.

The hotel's service is excellent. I was staying there for 2 days on Dec 1 - Dec 3. We booked this hotel for a standard room with breakfast. But we were offered an upgrade room to "crown room" (I don't quite remember what type of the room was) because all standard rooms were full at that time. The room is very spacious and more like a junior suite room. Very convinient and classy furniture. The breakfast is very good with various choices of chinese and american breakfast. However, the location isn't the best one. If you need to go to Nanjing road, you must walk for about 10 minutes to get there. And usually taxi won't take you there since it's too close for them. Overall, this hotel is a recommended one for those who are seeking a great service.
