Location excellent but room facilities rather tired,despite refurbishment. Simple issues add up--no full length mirror and aged hairdryer in desk for example.No tea/coffee and room service astronomical!! Nice people but better value elsewhere in area.

Unable to check in until 2.45. Bathroom small and tired. Room size ok, A/C not working room very warm and decor very worn. Not very good value for money, overpriced and overated. Breakfast is a joke we had to wait 15 minutes to be seated even though the breakfast room was half empty. The organisation and service after that was not much better for a overpriced £26.00 per person breakfast. I have stayed in good hotels all over the world and this was not one of them! The hotel is relying on its excellent location if it did not have this it would struggle to fill its rooms. I was embarrased that people from all over the world are using such a overated overpriced Hotel, even for London.

Rooms not large but well cleaned with firm comfortable bed. Bathroom clean and bright and good power shower. All staff very attentive and proffessional. Be careful as bar prices very expensive and 12.5% service charge added to everything.
