The staff couldn't have been more friendly or more helpful! The room was very clean and comfortable and was very good value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this hotel again!

Decent, Basic almost city centre hotel, within easy walking distance of the west end and suitable for those on a budget. It was only let down by the room service, our room wasnt serviced over the 3 days we styed there. On two days in a row - The beds WERE straightened, but the dirty/wet towels were left on the floor, there was NO toilet roll and used cups were left on the dresser. Why would someone come in and NOT service the whole room ?
