Location
Located at the North end of the beach in Hollywood Florida, this resort is only 35 minutes drive from North of Miami Beach and 40 minutes from South of West Palm Beach on the East coast of Florida.

The service was none existent. When I arrived there was no one at the front desk to help with my check in. Completely unorganized, service man told me to come back the next day even though i had paid to stay that night and the following night. For a place of business to handle there customers like this is highly unacceptable. Finally got a room. Killed two roaches. No internet service in room, had to access outside of room. No cleaning services. Left expensive facial products in the hotel. Called for multiple times within 48 hours never got up with anyone. Finally got a hold of someone in the office, only to find out they discarded everything. There was no answering machine provided to leave a message with the resort. The location is the only thing that made the stay worth while. However, due to the lack of service I would never return. If you are going to run a 'resort' as a place of business at least provide service between the few hours a day you are expected to be open.

I would recommend it just for the location and the rates...other than that, i will not stay at that hotel anymore...

It is a quant little place. We were out and about most of the time, so the room was mostly just a clean quite place to sleep with a hot shower. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. We would highly recommend this place and will probably stay here again on our next trip to South Florida.
