BED IS VERY COMFORTABLE.HOTEL NICELY QUIET HEATER TOO LOUD AND TOO STRONG. SHOWER CLOGGED. OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE.

I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. First, the hotel room's carpet was badly stained. Second, both phones in the room were inoperable. I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk. Finally, I had to call the front desk because there were unsupervised teenagers running down the hall from 11 pm to 530 am. When I called the front desk, the clerk did not seem too concerned about the noise. I think this hotel allows unsupervised teenagers to "party" in these rooms without any regard to the other guests in the hotel. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It clearly ruined my trip!

I was pleasantly surprised by this facility. Other hotels near the airport targeting a more budget minded traveller have been disappointing. This facility was friendly, clean, furnishings in good condition, and close to O'Hare. Give it a try.
