Average delapidated hotel in good location. Facilities are extremely rustic

stayed in a refurbished room for 3 nights whilst attending the Aust Open tennis. Room was very comfortable with sleak new bathroom and lovely bed linen. Everythink good, hope they keep up the standard now the rooms have been upgraded.

Well located. Walking distince to many Melbourne attractions.Walked to Melb Central, Visited "Jersey Boys" on the Friday night after dinner and on Saturday after check out, we visited the Vic Market. Room was clean no noise and airconditioner great although a little noisy. Staff were friendly and polite. Car parking a few doors down @ $16 per night. Breakfast was in the building/resturant next door (lane way in between!) Average - Little pancakes were hard and heavy and the scrambled eggs were bland. Overall - good, well located.

The hotel was perfectly located for the theatres in the CBD. It was great to be able to get straight into our room when we arrived prior to 12.noon. Staff were very approachable.
