While we only stayed at the resort for two nights - it was absolutely gorgeous and so private! The shuttle bus is essential given its location outside town but its location makes it such a beautiful place to stay!

The villas are exquisite and are well maintained. In particulr, the rooms are kept extremely clean and everything that one could ask for is provided within the villa. The main issue with the resort is that the English of the staff at reception/conceirge is basic and consequently any requests are often misinterpreted and not acted upon. If the resort wishes to attract guestswho are willing to pay 5 star prices, they at least need to ensure that the front of house staff can provide effecetive service levels to guests. While the staff are very warm, friendly and welcoming, they also need to be able to action guests requests.
