We thought it was a good location and very clean Hotel but thought that the bed was below par, especially the pillows. a Apart from that it was fine.

This place was great. Will definitely stay again. Close to town, easy parking, quiet, clean and very comfortable. :)

Lots of traffic noise even though its not in the city centre. When I first checked in the room I was given hadn't had the cleaners through - this was at 7.30pm! Antiquated TV with a faulty remote. once I got a clean room, it was good. nice bed and soft pillows.

Very good value. Handy to shopping at Riccarton.Found it very suitable and would stay there again.
