The hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly. It was overpriced, but we expected that on a long weekend in Niagara Falls. The phone in our room wasn't working, so they did not charge us for parking, which was very nice of them.

The customer service was fabulous and the room was very comfortable! We'll definetely stay there again. We really got our money's worth and much much more!
