Fabulous location with stunning views of the River Thames,Tower Bridge and ideally suited right beside London Tower.staff were very welcoming and tony the concierge was especially helpful in locating Theatre tickets at a reduced price,so thank you Tony!! The room was attended to every day which was very nice, furniture in the room could do with a refurb as there was deep marks and scratches on all room furniture and the windows could have been cleaned inside and out as they were very mucky.

Booked last minute for me and my boyfriend to meet up in London. Outside looks like you've gone back to 1960's, but lovely inside. From getting there, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner looked good, but we didn't actually go in. Room was a little small, but was nice and clean. Overall good experience.

This hotel has got to have one of the best views in London. Watching Tower bridge light up in different colours was spectacular.(not sure if that's just for the Olympics)

A terrible, smelly, old fashioned, miskept hotel miles from the action...i paid £150.00 discounted from £300 a complete joke..£40.00 would have been value for the money...the bar was even closed in the hotel...

Great location couldn't be better, décor very poor, damaged furniture, badly marked furniture, mould on tiles in bathroom, bathroom stunk, water coming out of overflow, cold air coming in around window frame. Stayed in 3 star B&B's that were higher standard. Not value for money at all. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic hotel - location and staff but on Sunday morning there were too many people wanting to use the lifts at the same time. Many had to use the stairs. Would have been 5 stars if not for this.

Stayed here for a weekend break with friends. Good hotel, nice location with fantastic view of Tower Bridge from bedroom window. Rooms could do with an update but were clean and comfortable with the usual tea/coffee making facilities expected. Decent hotel for the price we paid.

Poor service, dark rooms with uncomfortable beds, and general lack of facilities. There are so many other choices in London, so don't waste your money here.

Excellent location for view of Tower Bridge. Upgrade available at £25 per room per night for bridge view which is worth the little bit extra. Few minutes walk to either underground or bus services into city. Have been to this hotel three times and would return again.

We upgraded the room to include breakfast and a river view - it was worth it for us. Would stay there again the next time we stay in London.

Wonderful facility within walking ditances of some of London's most popular attractions. Big hotel, yet somehow, with a small hotel feel to it. The staff was courtous and helpful and the rooms large and clean. Several restaurants served a good variety of items on the menus - we ate there most of the time during our stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone visting London for a short or long stay.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Thistle Tower Hotel and can recommend it to any one needing a hotel in London at a very interesting location. The Hotel has easy access to the Tower of London and boats to places up and down the River.

I was very pleased with my choice of the Thistle Tower Hotel, the location, with views of the Thames and Tower Bridge enhanced our enjoyment considerable. The weather was dreadful, but due to the quality of the accomodation we still had a very enjoyable weekend!
