This hotel is situated between Tower Bridge and St Katherine dock and as such is in a stunning location.Staff were good a bottle of wine and chocolates were given complimentary when they knew we were celebrating an anniversary.and the hotel is very nice.

Fabulous location with stunning views of the River Thames,Tower Bridge and ideally suited right beside London Tower.staff were very welcoming and tony the concierge was especially helpful in locating Theatre tickets at a reduced price,so thank you Tony!! The room was attended to every day which was very nice,furniture in the room could do with a refurb as there was deep marks and scratches on all room furniture and the windows could have been cleaned inside and out as they were very mucky.

Booked last minute for me and my boyfriend to meet up in London. Outside looks like you've gone back to 1960's, but lovely inside. From getting there, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner looked good, but we didn't actually go in. Room was a little small, but was nice and clean. Overall good experience.

This hotel has got to have one of the best views in London. Watching Tower bridge light up in different colours was spectacular.(not sure if that's just for the Olympics)
