The led lit bathtub was the highlight. The room is clean and amenities were fantastic. There was some problem with the remote control which only worked if it pointed at certain angle. The staff was helpful. However, the level of English needs an urgent improvement, particularly on the phone. I was transferred three times to different staff over the phone over an inquiry but still had no luck . I do expect a bit more understanding of English from a hotel that is situated in the heart of the city.

I love this hotel. It has a great Location. Staff is very accomodating. Amenities are great in the room and bath. only there is limited space for luggage. but its not remarkably signicant for me. Breakfast was ok. Nothing to rave about. But enough to start my day. The service is great.

The location to mrt station is literally steps away. Although it's one station from main station, it can get tedious for changing lines. Catch the 2601 bus from international airport for 90twd and there's a stop around the corner from hotel. Stayed in a room on 7th floor facing the road. It was quiet enough...the only noise noticed was one night next door tested the room's speakers. Room is a little tight but manageable. Bathroom was great, spacious and the nano bubbles was something different and enjoyable with tv next to bath and sound system for bathroom. We stayed 7 nights and the breakfast was different everyday with some staples e.g toast, fruit but also had Asian style food. Free wifi was good speed. Overall a pleasant stay and would return.

The location of the Hotel is perfect, just 2 mins walk to/from Zhongshan station and well surrounding with shops and restaurants. The room was not big but the bathroom is quite spacious with full range of bath amenities. Room was clean and we have enjoyed the daily free drinks and pineapple cakes and the 24hrs open coffee lounge at the lobby. Breakfast could be perfect if eggs, ham and cheese would be available. Customer service from the staff was excellent. My wife and I have really enjoyed the stay at Tango Nanshi and surely will come back again.
