This is one of the best hotels in which have ever stayed. Each staff member at the concierge desk was helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant and eager to assist. This hotel and its employes are A*. I hope to return.

Very nice hotel with good facilities and services. Good locate on in de center of Vancouver Downtown near the shoppingstreet (Robsons) and Club/nightlifestreet (Grandville) The only dissapointment was not having free WIFI while most other hotels do provide free WIFI.
