We found the Sutton to meet our needs in terms of location, amenities and service. The staff accommodated our needs well. We would choose to stay there again.

Great location to entertainment shopping and food. Room could be updated to be more modern but overall nice staff clean room....

Aside from its location the hotel did not offer much. There was no gift shop within which to purchase some items that one could otherwise not take on an airplane.

I go to Chicago with friends every year to celebrate my birthday. Upon arrival at the hotel, we realized what a great location it was in. Surrounded by cute little restaurants and a plaza that sells gelato until midnight, we were in love with this place. The hotel staff was very helpful, and we were allowed to check-in early which was nice because we were going to the Cubs game. The room itself was nice, and the bathroom was big with a whirlpool tub and shower. The water pressure was amazing and quite surprising for a hotel! I also liked that they had a full length mirror in the bathroom - that's also rare for hotels. I feel like they thought of ways to make people feel at home. The bed was very comfortable too. I didn't give it 4 stars because I did feel like the hotel wasn't as modern as it could have been. I also like to be cold when I sleep, but I couldn't get the room cold enough. (That could have been the result of 100 degree weather too.) Overall, a great place to stay, and I would definitely stay there again!
