The hotel location is very convenient and accessible to major locations in quezon city. The staffs were very helpful kudos to the guards outside hotel who calls the cab no matter what time of the day. The only con on this hotel is that they have no free wifi access. Hopefully they will have one to attract more guest who are in business trip.

Staff does NOT listen to room requirements. Asked for quiet room NOT near disco and beds to accommodate three guests. Got extremely noisy rooom next to disco and two twin beds for two persons. This happened TWICE. Had to move to another room twice. Poor restaurant.

Although I was booking this hotel for friends - my reason for recommending it was that I had stayed here and found it very pleasant. The staff were helpful and kind without being overly fussy. The hotel has a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.

A very attractive hotel in terms of the reception and bar areas, but the rooms are very plain with rather worn fittings. Bath and wardrobe doors definitely need replacement. But the friendliness of the staff more than makes up for these shortfalls. I will stay there again.
