Clean rooms, excellent service, perfectly placed- very close to town centre but still sufficient distance away from hustle and bustle of the town at night. friendly staff. found the breakfasst expensive at 8 pounds per person.Would visit gain if need be

Rooms very small even though it was supposed to be a Double Executive suite. Heating on a timer, room very hot, windows wouldn't open. Air conditioning only ok. 1 small (15ml) bottle of shower gel for two people, tea & coffee making facilies in room but again very mean with the coffee and milk. Restaurant and Bar lacking in atmosphere. Food nice but portions small. One of waiters very young and was quite obviously not very well trained.

My single room was a little small, but apart from that I enjoyed staying there.

Great hotel, stayed before, only problem was internet wasnt working in my room, but management did everything they could to get it working, and refunded me the costs. They would have changed rooms, but hotel was full when I stayed, so overall a great experience.
