Very friendly and helpful staff

We had a restful time as it is away from the noise and action in Boracay. The staff are courteous the only thing they need to do is update the pricing of their menu as I had been billed differently.

Loved the saltwater pool. I think this is the best pool in all of Boracay. Location is excellent. Hotel decor is excellent with a 17inch flat panel TV. The hotel is situated just past boatstation 1 near Diniwid beach. The private beach is just a minute walk. A great place to sit and enjoy the sunset. The location is far from the hustle and bustle in the island. D'mall can be accessed via a trycicle for 75pesos and can also be accessed by walking beachfront for 20 minutes. Jonah's Fruit shake is about 5-7 minute walk. Issue: There were mosquitoes in the room during our first night, but was immediately alleviated after I complained. The hotel attendant provided the mosquito repellant. Breakfast order for the folloiwng morning is taken in the evening. Make sure your breakfast selection is completely understood upon ordering. There was confusion with my order and cost us valuable time.

We had an amazing time there. The service was amazing and the location was great just off the beach. The beach gets a little loud and rowdy and it was nice to be away from it all. The swimming pool is fabulous and the food as well.
