the hotel is under construction/renovation and in the same time is booking it's rooms??? My room was #300 and outside in the hallway there was constructors digging up the old tiles, using a small drilling machine. What a noise!!! and when I asked to check out, the manager in charge was nice enough to do it with no questions asked! I am sure it will come out beautiful after this extensive renovation, but you should have a notice for customers to know that there is CONSTRUCTION in the hotel.

Had no idea that this hotel was under renovation. It was loud and filthy dirty due to the renovation construction. Could not use any of the ammenities such as the pool, fitness center or even the bar. Had to access the beach from the street unstead of from the hotel. I would not have stayed at this hotel if I had known that it was under renovation. I would not reccommend this hotel until all construction is complete.

The hotel was under major construction during our stay. It was filthy, noisy, no amenities were available and it was a total nightmare. I highly suggest that this travel company take this hotel off of their recommendation list. There was no mention of construction on their website. After saving every penny and looking forward to a vacation this was the saddest, most despicable thing that could happen to my family and me. You need to refund our $$. Don't know who to trust anymore with vacation plans.

a little disappointed. The hotel itself had this nasty smell, had to close my nose every time we walked through the lobby and bar area. To top it all off had to pay an $80 fee which supposedly covered open bad (which wasn't), towels (which they didn't) and pool services which was closed for renovations. Kind of disappointing. The rooms had a decent view, we had the beautiful view of the pool area, of the hotel right next to us that is. I understand the fee but I feel as if it shouldn't have been charged at least till the place is fixed up! Seemed a bit unprofessional! The website made the place seem so much nice, I must admit definitely False Advertising!

This is a nice hotel when its final with renovations. but the fact that we were offered a room while still under renovations left a bad impression on the hotel and on cheaptickets for failing to check on availability. the pool wasnt available. dust filled the lobby and hallways from all the construction. We were given a nice room, 1107 which made it ok. plus given access to the pool next door so made the best of it, staff was ok also. But out of Professionalism i wouldnt have offered this hotel if i was cheaptickets. this is surely a strike against the site and hotel. Stay away from the ATM inside the hotel, $5 fee.
