Location
Nestled in the foothills of the Brokenback Ranges, the Sebel Kirkton Park is set within a 40-hectare estate in the heart of Hunter Valley wine country.
Designed in the style of a grand country manor, all of the Sebel's 71 individual guest rooms and suites are elegantly appointed with antiques and period furniture. All rooms are equipped with minibar, Austar TV, phone, hairdryer and bathrobe.
Restaurant
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the onsite restaurant specialises in Australian cuisine with Asian and European accents. Here, choose from an extensive a la carte menu and wine list, which feature a number of Hunter Valley wines and produce from the local area.
General
The Sebel Kirkton Park is an ideal venue for corporate conferences, events, banquets and meetings for up to 290 guests. Recreational facilities include the Grecian style heated pool, sauna, spa and gymnasium as well as a massage room. A library and a 24-hour reception are also available.

We were most impressed with The Sebel Kirkton Park in the Hunter Valley. There was a large group of us all attending a wedding in the Hunter Valley and all of the guests were of the same opinion. The staff were very helpful and friendly, our room was spacious and very well presented. We would certainly recommend time in the Hunter Valley is pleasurable at The Sebel Kirkton Park.

We really enjoyed our stay. at Kirkton Park Hunter Valley. Staff were really helpful and food was great and well priced for a 5 star hotel. Nice pool area. We look forward to going back in the near future and mat consider it as a wedding venue.

What a lovely place to stay. Beautiful position in Hunter Valley and a great place to stay with friends and visit the wineries. The lounge area was lovely to sit and have a drink and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay
