The Santa Fe Suites Guest Reviews
There's nothing very fancy about this place, but it delivers good value for the price. Having a kitchenette available is great, and the location is very handy.

I had a bad feeling when I booked this hotel, but figured the price was right. The room was ok, nothing special. The location was great. However, we got bed bugs from the hotel. Have yet to call the hotel but will do this week. I trusted the reviews on the website, but after we found out we had bed bugs, I googled the hotel and read that other people have gotten bed bugs from the same hotel. Trust me, the expense of removing bed bugs from your home is not worth the money you save at this hotel. Stay away from this one if you don't want bed bugs.

This is a really terrific place to stay with super good curb appeal and very well appointed rooms. The value was very good. After I left however I noted that the clerk did not give me a receipt for my stay. I asked him/her if there was anything they needed from me as I handed them my room key (card) and told them I was checking out. I was in the "travel" mode and forgot to ask for a receipt. Also I would say that a really big drawback to this place is its location. I came from the South and was not at all familiar with Santa Fe. This place is located way up in the North end of the city and it is also tucked away in back of a shopping center. Definitely is Not easy to find. I called the clerk a couple of times and she "talked me in" on my way to find it. I drove for "miles" through the city to get to this place and must have gone by "500" (seems like) hotels as I was searching for this place. So I drove a lot of unfamiliar miles to save a couple bucks but all in all it was a great stay and a very good value.

With kitchenette and location it is difficult to beat for the price.

The location of The Santa Fe Suites was really great. It's easy to get to the Plaza and all over Santa Fe from this location. The fitness facility that's about 5 miles down the road was the best facility I've ever been to. It was ginormous and had spectacular views and everything imaginable for a great workout -- including an indoor ice rink. The downside was that the room did not look like the pictures. It was a little more cramped than we thought it would be. The coffee maker didn't work, and there was only one bi-fold door to the closet (that should have obviously had two doors).
