Location

The Saint Louis Hotel New Orleans Guest Reviews
The hotel was closed for renovations and is going to be under a different name and managment. We were not informed about this until we were there. They moved us to a very nice hotel but since this is a review for the hotel that I didn't stay at, I am giving it a bad review.

The Hotel was newly renovated, nice lobby and the interior courtyard is gorgeous. Had to change rooms as the noise from Bourbon St was pretty hard to ignore. They were very accomodating about switching my room to one in the interior, although this room was not redone yet. Overall, a good experience and gret staff except one front desk person, [...] (maybe [...]?) who was kind of a tool.

Room was small and airconditioning was not working properly. Room was very cold and heater did not work.
