This is my first time staying at the hotel. The room is small, the bed is hard and the pillow is so thin as thou you are sleeping without it. There was once after the staff cleaned up my room, i found a patch of black stain on the bedsheet. The convenience store near the hotel closed around 11pm so you will not be able to find any food or drinks (unless from the hotel) within 2 km from the hotel. It was a long walk from the hotel to TST MTR.

Was upgraded to a suite that had views of both Kowloon and Hong Kong harbour. This was due to housekeeping not having my original sea view room ready even 2 hours after official check in time (which is rather late compared to European standards). The hotel is very centrally located but also has direct access to Kowloon if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of Canton Rd. Also close to an outlet mall as well as Harbour City which you can easily get lost in.

Great location and good hotel. Nice room and staff were helpful. Beautiful room with nice harbour view. The only thing is a bit hard to get a taxi, as we had to wait for a taxi to drop people off at the hotel to be able to get one especially in peak hours. Other than that , will definitely stay there again.

This hotel was in a perfect location. Shopping centers all around, wonderful restaurant in the hotel with great views of the Harbour. China ferry next door. Everything within walking distance. Would highly recommend staying here in terms of location. If room comfort is something of high importance to you then I would say then to pay more $$$ to get a better room. Ours was the cheapest room which was pretty small and the bed was hard as a rock and pillows too soft. The room was very clean but and had great light. So for us it wasn't a problem and would stay here again if we had to.

This hotel was in a perfect spot for using the ferries and was walking distance to the promenade for watching the Symphony of Lights and walking the Avenue of Stars. As usual in most hotels the bed was very hard, and not comfortable at all. The bathroom amenities were good and having the free wifi in the room was very handy. Overall the hotel was a bit pricy but clean and comfortable rooms.

Used this Hotel as a stopover on the way home after 10 weeks away. Very easy to get to and from the airport train via the free bus. Room was average, a little dated with a great view. Had to walk through Kowloon Park to get to the subway which is a fair distance. Was in town to go to the markets and was happy with the location. Bed was on the harder side but better than an economy plane seat.

The hotel is located just above the China Macau Ferry which is so convenient to Macau. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection of choices, with rather quality dishes. The hotel wing side of Premius plus is yet to be renovated, so the condition in the bathroom was so good.

Room is old compare with the price I paid. HK hotel is always fully booked. This hotel would be my last choice if I can't find any hotel here. Only location is good.

Great location, great room. Hotel has nothing to do socially, no bar or cafe just an expensive restaurant. So if you want to relax and have a beer I suggest you buy your own from the supermarket located in the shopping centre next door. The shopping centre is amazing has so many great shops.

The hotel is a great location if you are doing business in Macau and other neighboring areas of China as there is direct access from the hotel to the ferry terminal. I think for for long stay the rooms I was in was little on the small size but very clean, good internet speed and handy to local stores.

We;ve stayed at Royal Pacific Hotel many times before as we like the location. However even the premiere room is quite small. The room we stayed this time has been refurbished. Renovation is still in progress for some floors, therefore pretty noisy during the day if you sleep in. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

I like to stay here because of the excellent location across from Kowloon park, the Harbour city malls, and proximity to everything else in TST. If your focus is on Hong Kong island proper, then you can do better. When you get an upgraded room it's great, spacious and comfortable. When you get their ordinary rooms it is OK.
