This is my first time staying at the hotel. The room is small, the bed is hard and the pillow is so thin as thou you are sleeping without it. There was once after the staff cleaned up my room, i found a patch of black stain on the bedsheet. The convenience store near the hotel closed around 11pm so you will not be able to find any food or drinks (unless from the hotel) within 2 km from the hotel. It was a long walk from the hotel to TST MTR.

Was upgraded to a suite that had views of both Kowloon and Hong Kong harbour. This was due to housekeeping not having my original sea view room ready even 2 hours after official check in time (which is rather late compared to European standards). The hotel is very centrally located but also has direct access to Kowloon if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of Canton Rd. Also close to an outlet mall as well as Harbour City which you can easily get lost in.

Great location and good hotel. Nice room and staff were helpful. Beautiful room with nice harbour view. The only thing is a bit hard to get a taxi, as we had to wait for a taxi to drop people off at the hotel to be able to get one especially in peak hours. Other than that , will definitely stay there again.

We had a bad smell in your our room and were immediately relocated to a new room. Staff are very helpful and accommodating.
