I though that the check in time was relativly late (3pm) compared with other hotels that I have stayed in. However, when we did return earlier at 2pm we were checked in.

Fantastic, we were able to check in early and also leave our cases before our train left The staff were wonderfully polite and helpful 2 minor observations only, the toilet roles were a bit 'cheap' (we like really soft ones..) we were given a map with instructions to the inernatioal arena, but we didnt realise at first that there were 2 entrances, and the map reflected the journey from the opposite enrance to which we entered

Had a lovely stay, was very impressed with the room very modern and clean. Even though there was no window this really didnt make a difference. The breakfast though a little busy was great and it was easy to change from continental to full english. Would recommend this hotel. Many thanks

ideal location for special n ight out with friends or hen or girlie night,as we were in a room with no windows the noise level was very low which we thought was good after heavy night,giving us a good nights sleep before our jounrney home,hotel on mane pub n clubs strip,GREAT. will come again.
