The hotel is nice and central. A good base for a quick business trip to London. Amenties are good and the rooms are clean and functional. The bar is very cosy and worth a visit.

The Royal Horseguards Hotel in London was the perfect place to end a long European holiday before heading home. From the beginning the staff could not do enough for us. At check-in we asked for and were given a fantastic room upgrade to a King Executive Room with a great street view. The clerk even apologised because all of the river view rooms were taken!. The room was elegant and spacious. The location of the hotel is central to most places of interest, many in walking distance and if not, Embankment Underground and Charring Cross station are very close by. It couldn't be better. Afternoon Tea was a highlight and the restaurant offered outstanding food and service. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for a great experience.

This was a near perfect stay - a considerable improvement on my previous one at this hotel. If the price is right, will be switching all my London stays here in future.

The hotel is good but very very noisy (external noise which went on throughout the night). It is expensive for what you get.

Why can you not get a mobile phone signal in the hotel? I know a lot of people who won't stay there, even though its very close to their work because of this. The rooms are quite stuffy too. It would be a better hotel if it wasn't so overpriced.

Asked for non smoking room. Allocated room which had recently been used by smoker and the musty smell lingered the whole stay. Room small. Really a single room but outstanding views.
