Everything was great with the exception of our experience at check in. We arrived early so they did not have a room ready. They told me they would call me when they had a room ready. We walked around town for a few hours and returned at 3, which was our check in time. They still didnt have a room ready for us. I returned to the counter at 3:30, this time they had a room. For some reason, they never called me when this room was ready.

incomparable beauty. love the room, architecture, lobby, bar, etc. I guess I'd like to feel a bit more of the city's culture so I don't always have to go into the Quarter. some jazz, maybe a piano player in the bar so we dont have to pay $59 for a jazz/lunch buffet ( the band wasn't all that good. How about some real n'orleans stuff? Will return and recommend to everyone though. .

It was an awesome experience. The hotel is absolutely beautiful!! You definitely feel like your money was well spent in this luxurious New Orleans hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful in every way necessary. Would definitely come back to this hotel again. Also, a perfect location! A 2 minute walk from the French Quarter.

We were pleasantly surprised with the beautiful decor and wonderful staff. But nothing compared to the housekeeping. Our room was immaculate. There was no buildup of unwanted trash and dust in the corners and the bathroom was immaculate. I am the type of traveler who usually wipes down the entire room and bed with Lysol before settling down into a hotel room. That was not needed here. And trust me I looked! We were also pleased with the room service which was prompt and tasty. We had an excellent stay!!!
