This hotel looks amazing on the website and has pretty good reviews on Trip Adviser, however we were very disappointed. We had 3x rooms booked for a family weekend away, all of us had no hot water for 2 days in a row dispite us complaining the first day. They were also very stingy with the towels, only providing 2 bath towels (smaller than average) and one hand towel. My father in law had NO towels and after calling down to reception for some received only 2x small hand towels. There is also no iron provided in the room and the one the hotel supplies is appallingly cheap. The hotel lift is tiny and the slowest I have ever used. I would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel is situated out of Cork and for me this perfect. Staff and amenities very good. Only thing I did not enjoy was music from the function room which went till early hours of morning.

I had the most wonderful time staying at the Rochestown Park Hotel in Sept 2011! The room was spacious and clean, and the bed super comfortable. The staff was very professional! I really enjoyed every meal I had at Suttons, and the breakfast provided in the mornings was very filling. I also treated myself to having my back adjusted by an onsite Physical Therapist/Acupuncturist named David Boyle whose offices are located within the Leisure Center. Let me tell you that back adjustment was exactly what I need after 15 hours of flying after coming from San Diego, CA!! Absolute perfect and what a total professional! His number is 087-8730761

Great leisure facilities in a good hotel with excellent parking available. I would recommend installing a small spin dryer in the changing rooms of the pool area and also some shampoos. rooms could be upgraded and decorated a bit better, but are adequate for a few nights stay. Great food in the bar!

The room was very small, so we HAD to put our suitcases into the wardrobe, otherwise we would have no where to stand. The rest of the room was lovely, the shower was fantastic. only a 10 minute walk to Douglas town centre. Eat in 'Eco', by the way, gorgeous food and very reasonably priced.

The hotel has undergone a huge makeover, mostly for the better. It has now a huge lobby and reception/ meeting area... Much better Friendly helpful staff.... only comment wouldbe that they need to get their WiFi sorted! Signal was poor in my initil room and had to move, but thiswas facilitated quickly and without fuss

I have been working in Sales and Management over teh past 12 years and spent quite a lot of time in Hotels. I have to stress that Rochestown Park has to be one of the highest quality hotels in the country for a 4 star status. Well Done Rochestown Park.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovation and half the building is closed off. This meant that only 1 lift was working, reception area was temporary and very small and the residents bar was closed. Once the work is completed it will be a great hotel, but not while work is underway. The staff were all pleasant and helpful.

Room was clean and resonably sized with a single and double beds. There was a wardrobe, desk and table with 2 chairs. The bathroom was nicely tiled and spotless. There was an iron and ironing board, safe and tea & coffee making facilities in the room. It had no minibar but there was 2 bottles of complimentary water. Staff were pleasant and helpful and the breakfast restaurant was well organised. I would recommend this hotel.

I asked for a quiet room and got exactly what I wanted but I did arrive early. The bar food is limited and the tv screens make talk difficult. The hotel is just off the ringroad and easy to get at. I would return.
