The BEST!!! Staff was great... Would highly recommend Club Room... Staff did everything and anything we needed or wanted. Well worth the cost... So good we maybe buying a condo at the Ritz

went for our sons wedding and from the moment we arrived we were treated like family at ritz st. thomas everything was unbelievable from the staff to the facility. absolutely perfect stay. everyone remembered our name and new about the wedding and were looking forward to it. the best trip i have ever taken.

The whole resort was absolutely lovely and as we went off peak, it was quiet and very relaxed. The staff at the pool/beach were very attentive without being over the top. Getting a taxi was super easy as there is a taxi stand at the hotel. Red Hook was 5 min drive and was fun to visit for dinner...had a lot of fun at Duffy's Love Shack! The ferry to St. John's was very easy to catch and well worth the visit. Trunk Bay was beautiful beach and easy to get to via taxi.

Hotel was very nice. Beach was only so-so. There is a resort fee in addition to the room rate ($58/day). This fee allows access to all of the non-motored equipment at the beach and snorkeling gear.
