Great service. Speedy efficient checkin; wonderful guest relations team who were already providing us with helpful tips and info prior to our arrival. First class concierge who practically helped us chase down the airport limo bus we had just missed. Only negative is that location is a little off from main shoppping/sight seeing areas. After having said that, nearest subway is just 5 min walk away.

Very nice hotel! All services one could desire. Internet connection in the room was being worked on during my stay and therefore did not work, though was back in service the day I departed.

An excellent hotel In Kangnam-Gu. A bit far away from the tourist center.

The rooms were a bit small. Card key does not work all the time. Staff were friendly and nice, especially at the reception. But the concierge seemed a bit lost - gave us the wrong direction to a specific place.
