We stayed here for the holidays. Must say when we booked we thought we would have double beds as we have teenager kids. When we arrive the staff told us we had only booke for one king sized room. The staff found another room for our kids 2 rooms down the hallway. They apologized even if it was not there fault and went above and beyond to find us another room at a decent price. Dom at the front desk was especially courteous. The rooms were wonderful. We didn't try the spa or pools but the fitness room was accessible 24 hours a day. We thought that was awesome! We definetly will stay there again.

Beautiful hotel with a very accomodating staff. A very pleasant stay, with many amenities. Clean rooms with many overlooking the marina.

We splurged for 2 nights at this hotel. We don't usually spend this kind of money for a room, but wanted the hotel to be part of the experience. All I can say is it was nice. That's all. Not worth the extra money. Definitely not Ritz Carlton standards. The room could have been any hotel chain. We spent a night once at the Ritz Carlton in Half Moon Bay and it was over the top amazing.

It's what makes all the difference! The staff is excellent! I would always stay at ritz Carlton properties if I could -- they are fantastic. Kudos to the staff at Marina del Rey!
