My Sister and I stayed in a double room and it was pure luxury. Loved the turn down service each night. Slippers at each bed with a little linen cloth where you step on or off the bed and bottled water on each night stand. It's those little things that mean a lot. We stayed on the Club level and I highly recommend it. They have an amazing staff and the 5 food presentations are fantastic. We tried every dish and loved them all. It's a great break from the sun as well. We'd laid out all morning and headed to our room, clean up and have a long lunch in the lounge and just chill out. It's very hot during those midday 12-2. And you can just relax and have a cool and refreshing drink.

top of the line hotel, you can't do better than this in cancun perfect for couples and families. food is excellent!

Ritz also wins for its service. Room is so so. Amenities are not too good for Ritz standards either
