This magnificent hotel resort is located on Heavenly Ski Resort's Nevada slope, adjacent to the Stagecoach Lodge and ski chair lift.
Rooms
The resort features 302 units that feature rooms, suites and condominiums. The rooms and suites are equipped with all the standard amenities while the condominiums have a fully equipped kitchen in addition to the usual amenities.
Restaurant
The resort presents a number of dining choices for your pleasure. The Hungry Bear Restaurant features fabulous menu choices for an elegant dining experience in a casual atmosphere. The Ridge Club Deli offers a casual menu while the Bear Trap Bar offers a cool atmosphere where you can enjoy your favourite drink.
General
You can arrange weddings and receptions in the outdoor or indoor areas of the resort that can accommodate up to 175 people. The spa offers a host of treatment and services for your health, beauty and total well being. A leisurely swim in the pool will ease all your muscles after an invigorating game of tennis.

Overall experience was good. This hotel is perfect if you like privacy and don’t want to be close to noise etc. Love that the hotel was located on a hill. Kind of confusing getting to the hotel itself. The room was as described; the only bad thing was the bed (it was very hard). But that could be good for people with bad backs. The amenities were cool. The shuttle into town and to the casinos was always on time and the drivers were courteous. Overall had a great experience and would return. I would advise others however that after check in, concierge gives you a parking pass and offers you $125 in hotel credit in exchange for you taking a 90 min tour of the hotel. Sounded awesome as they explained it to us. We signed up for the tour and we were given dinner reservations at the Hungry Bear Restaurant (inside the hotel). We charged our meal ($35) to our room. The next day when we showed up for the tour we were told that there is an income requirement to take the tour which we didn’t meet. We ended up paying for our dinner and feeling embarrassed for not meeting the income requirement. So, long story short, do not sign up for the tour unless you make over 60,000 a year! Spare yourself the embarrassment. If we had been told by the concierge before, we would not have signed up or charged our dinner to our room. (by the way, the Hungry Bear Restaurant is very pricey)

Not too bad but they did not complete housekeeping on a regular basis and the room was not supplied with your basic needs like shampoo, conditioner, etc. They did have a coffee maker in each room but no coffee. There are no air conditioners in the whole resort, which makes bearing those hot summer days a little annoying. Beautiful room though and the resort provides many different rooming and activity options.
