Was very impressed with the hotel and staff. We did have a little mix up with our room service but that was remedied very quickly and very politely. The hotel room itself was superbly presented and having stayed at many hotels would have to say that this was definitely the best stocked room I have seen, it catered for everything! Will definitely go back. Many thanks.

Hotel excellent - spa excellent also - only comment i would have that is negative is the 'reception staff could be more helpful and freindly towards guests.
