The location of the hotel was to far away.Although the hotel was nice I would not reccomend the stay. The room was ok but we had trouble with the hot water in the shower , although we asked the staff on a number of occassions to look at the problem of the shower, it was not done. The massage was excellent.

The hotel is excellent for honeymooners. The architectural design of the villa is good. The place is serene and the ambiance is good. The staff are very courteous and polite. The villa is only 15 minutes away from the airport and quite near the Jimbaran seaside restaurant. Mr. S. Chan Philippines

Nice, clean hotel. Friendly stuff. Overall, we liked it. The only thing is that it was very noisy at around 1-2 AM ... maybe it was just the unfortunate location of our room (212), but the noise of people laughing and talking was waking us up in the middle of the night.

Stayed at the Radiant on our first and last day of our trip and it was great. Close to the airport and shops. Only difficulty was that drivers often didn't know where the place was and we had to ensure we had the address with us to get back to the hotel. Very clean, friendly and helpful. Staff very kindly changed our room from upstairs to ground floor on our arrival as I don't do stairs well. Would recommend to couples and groups. Cannot comment on services for children.
