The Quay Hotel & Spa Conwy Guest Reviews
The hotel was in the midst of some alterations which did not interfere with our stay or enjoyment. The room was roomy with all facilities. We would definately go again.

Fantastic hotel in a wonderful location. Really enjoyed our stay. Only problem was going outside into the courtyard to get back to our room.

It was so nice to visit a quality hotel that was different. The room did not follow the standard pattern. Very refreshing. Friendly, great service and very clean. The food was excellent!

Nice location, room size and gym facilities. Air conditioning in communal areas made them very cold, also the jacuzzi was luke warm ( I am from manchester so can normally tolerate arctic conditions). Dissappointed with the evening meal in the restaurant, desserts especially poor, but breakfast was very good. Osbornes restaurant on the seafront in llandudno was much better for dinner.

The hotel was situated in a beautiful location overlooking the castle with sunsets over the estuary. The customer service from the breakfast staff was excellent, but the receptionists have an appearance of being very cold and unwelcoming until you talk to them. Only gripe would be that they need to introduce sky sports not just sky sports news. Would definately return again though.
