Hotel room was nice and neat.and enjoyed our stay. There are a few down points in our stay. First, the line to check in was forever, took about one hour to check in. Second, from where the parking garage was located to the check in and rooms was extremely far away. And lastly, the gambling casino is rather small, but not a big deal unless you are looking for several different kinds of slot machine. We would probably stay here again.

Initially I was a little disappointed that the Quad was no longer the Imperial Palace as I had always wanted to experience that hotel in Vegas. Nonetheless I was attracted to the economy and, having been to Las Vegas numerous times, I liked the location for walking and shopping. The room was adequate, clean enough, and tended to daily. The hallways were a bit musty and the carpet was rippling and unpleasant. Upon check in we had to wait an extraordinary amount of time in line and the clerks were very slow in processing our information. During our stay, when on the casino floor, staff were very unhelpful in answering questions.

I paid $20 per night. I wanted a decent place. I have stayed in many places for the same price this was definitely a good hotel. Please always keep in mind how much you pay and what would you expect. This review is for a hotel that is worth $20. If I paid $50 per night I would give it a 2 star.

Title says it all. The room was extremely cheap, but come on. The line was absurdly long all day. Came back after midnight and it still took 2 1/2 hours to check in. There were only three people behind the desk. This is simply not acceptable.

Needs UPDATING - The warning needs to be given at least TWICE in a 3-5 minute period - when people are asleep - they are not able to be coherent of their surroundings - notify guests clearly as to where to EXIT or have staff members to help on each floor or tower with exiting guests. When the ALARM is FALSE - must alert guests that the ALARM has been CANCELLED. My friend and I and others on our floor were not able to determine the extent of the emergency. Many others never opened their doors nor got dressed. We made the decision to exit and found when we got to the lobby that there had been a FALSE ALARM and no FOLLOW UP ANNOUNCEMENT to the hotel guests to DISREGARD prior message. It was SCARY! Reminded me of what may have happened at the MGM MANY YEARS AGO - this is 2012!!!!!! Rennovating a hotel is ONE thing, The safety for all guests and staff should be NUMBER 1 priority!!!

I asked for a nonsmoking room, when we arrived in our room it smelled of smoke. We thought it was our clothes but the next day after having the airconditioner on we came back to the room after being away all day & it still smelled of smoke. I went down to the front desk to complain, they sent the cleaners to put some air deoderiser around, this helped for about 1/2 hr. I would not recommend this hotel. Our floor didn't have non smoking signs up. There were many floors that did.

Stayed here last week on Thursday night and one week later I am still dealing with nasty and irritating bed bugs. Now, I think they might be on my bed so I have to get my bed sanitized and get new sheets. I paid the price for opting to get a cheap rate. Called and told them about my situation and all they could was " Oh, we are sorry." Not like I want to stay here again, but a refund would have been nice.

We stayed in Imperial palace because of the location and the good rate we got. When we arrived we understood the reason for this rate - the hotel undergoes some serious reconstruction. The entrance is from the parking lot trough elevators/halls/game hall and through the shops. The windows are very thin - You can hear the disco club outside till 3 AM but the drilling of reconstruction starts at 9 AM. Our shower didn't have the curtain but we got them after asking, the iron was damaged, the drawers of the closet seemed never cleaned so check before put Your clothes in it... The location however and the view from the top floor rooms are amazing! In the middle of the Strip just opposite the Forum shops of Ceasars palace, next to Flamingo and within a short walk from Bellagio Fontains!

This hotel is under extensive construction with access down a side entrance. No 'Non Smoking' rooms available so was upgraded to a 'Deluxe' room, God knows what the Classic room was like as the upgrade was nothing to shout about. Would not go back to this Hotel in a hurry.

Good location for price! Elevator wait time is the only downfall. The hotel is outdated, but you get what you pay for. I would stay here again.

This hotel is located in the middle of the strip. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the jazzcuzi, it wasn't hot enough or at all.

In a really central location on the strip. Basic room, no bar fridge or kettle. Dated interior, but for the price who cares? Didn't enjoy having to walk through the smoky casino to get to the hotel, but I guess it's the same all over Vegas. Would stay here again.

The reason we chose Imperial Palace is because it was cheap, had rooms availabe at the last minute on Las Vegas Nascar weekend, and is located so close to Casinos that we enjoy. When we got there the parking structure was difficult to locate, then a hassle to get through the construction going on. The room was outdated and dingy and the sink was stinky when the water was running. The casino felt old, but we liked how the dealers were dressed up as famous singers and would perform to 'their' own songs. Overall we got what we paid for.

The Imperial Palace has truly dropped to the bottom of the food chain among the hotels on the strip. A good location but tons of issues. The room was dirty and dusty with lint and dirt hanging from the ceiling, the carpets are dirty and disgusting, paint is needed everywhere and my room on the 18th floor vibrated from the music of the club from outside until 3am each night. This will be my one and only stay at the Imperial Palace.

Location & food was good. The bathroom sink tape was broken , the carpet had stains, the TV was old with limited channels.

First, thank you for flight status updates. SHOT Show at Sands Convention Center always a great venue. Being within walking distance at Imperial Palace was important to minimize transportation issues in LV. Emperor's Buffet was satisfying. Consierge was helpful for luggage thru event. I'll be using this service again, thank you. John Huber
