Hotel room was nice and neat.and enjoyed our stay. There are a few down points in our stay. First, the line to check in was forever, took about one hour to check in. Second, from where the parking garage was located to the check in and rooms was extremely far away. And lastly, the gambling casino is rather small, but not a big deal unless you are looking for several different kinds of slot machine. We would probably stay here again.

Initially I was a little disappointed that the Quad was no longer the Imperial Palace as I had always wanted to experience that hotel in Vegas. Nonetheless I was attracted to the economy and, having been to Las Vegas numerous times, I liked the location for walking and shopping. The room was adequate, clean enough, and tended to daily. The hallways were a bit musty and the carpet was rippling and unpleasant. Upon check in we had to wait an extraordinary amount of time in line and the clerks were very slow in processing our information. During our stay, when on the casino floor, staff were very unhelpful in answering questions.

I paid $20 per night. I wanted a decent place. I have stayed in many places for the same price this was definitely a good hotel. Please always keep in mind how much you pay and what would you expect. This review is for a hotel that is worth $20. If I paid $50 per night I would give it a 2 star.

Title says it all. The room was extremely cheap, but come on. The line was absurdly long all day. Came back after midnight and it still took 2 1/2 hours to check in. There were only three people behind the desk. This is simply not acceptable.

Needs UPDATING - The warning needs to be given at least TWICE in a 3-5 minute period - when people are asleep - they are not able to be coherent of their surroundings - notify guests clearly as to where to EXIT or have staff members to help on each floor or tower with exiting guests. When the ALARM is FALSE - must alert guests that the ALARM has been CANCELLED. My friend and I and others on our floor were not able to determine the extent of the emergency. Many others never opened their doors nor got dressed. We made the decision to exit and found when we got to the lobby that there had been a FALSE ALARM and no FOLLOW UP ANNOUNCEMENT to the hotel guests to DISREGARD prior message. It was SCARY! Reminded me of what may have happened at the MGM MANY YEARS AGO - this is 2012!!!!!! Rennovating a hotel is ONE thing, The safety for all guests and staff should be NUMBER 1 priority!!!
