The rooms are very clean and the hotel is just a couple of mins walk from the main train station. Very convenient! Only thing that could make the stay nicer is probably to provide easy access to hot water or a kettle in the room. Overall very satisfied!

When we were in the room other guests came in saying it's their room. They went back to reception and no one including staff came back to us. Later we were told (only when we asked what happened) staff had checked us out by mistake. Also the room was not cleaned on the second day. It's a shame it's a cool hotel with fabulous breakfast but they are missing something important for basic aspects.

The location is perfect, literally two minutes from the station, but it is the style I really liked. Pure architectural lines, pure white, pure sophistication. And great breakfast, helpful (but not intrusive) staff, plus free internet access. If the bed had been a little better, it would have been a purely perfect stay.

We are repeat customers. This is a great hotel to stay in which is close to transport and the city centre. Not only do we thoroughly recommend The Pure but we will continue to come back.
