Had a perfect 2 nights stay. Staff absolutely brilliant and the twin room was bigger than expected, comfortable and very roomy.

I stayed here with a colleague on a vacation visit to Tokyo after a conference in Guam. We booked a twin room and got a free upgrade on arrival to an amazing suite!! This hotel FAR exceeded our expectations in every way! Great location, amazing staff, 5 star services and amenities... The list goes on and on. I will definitely stay here again should I return to Tokyo and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

My sister and I stayed twice within a 2 week period. The first 3 nights had been booked by our tour and we loved it so much that we returned for a night before flying home. We didn't know Tokyo as a city but really loved the location surrounded by the temple and a beautiful park at the beginning of cherry blossom time. We had cocktails in the bar for the experience of seeing Tokyo Tower lit up at night and it was worth it. The first room we stayed in had true wow factor, the second was a little more budgetry on our part but still so comfortable and with nice view over temple and park. I'm recommending it to my daughter who is living in Kyoto for a while.

Great hotel, we ended up getting updated. Big size room, which is unusual for Japan.
