Enjoyable pleasant stay; but for the four days we were there the small swimming pool was booked out for part of three days for private functions. Rooms high quality standard and staff very hepfull. All meals were excellent

Our stay at Portofino was the most compfortable of whole of our trip. Its location is excellent. It was easy access from LAX airport. Rooms are very well presented and beds comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Also enjoyed our breakfast in the Baleen restaurant at waters edge. I would highly recommend it

A great hotel in a great location.All facets of the hotel were great except for the front desk staff who were found to be not so helpful.
