Excellent staffs that makes my stay excellent. Esp. my driver for the day trip, price is more expensive but worth the money. great service and action was taken almost the next minutes.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Phoenix. The hotel is a lovely oasis in the centre of bustling Yogya.

With all the traveling I have done in Indonesia this is the best hotel I have stayed at bar none. Yes it was a long walk to my room from reception but it was worth it. I am led to believe the place has recently been renovated and it is great mix of the old and the new. This hotel has a long history and it is displayed for anyone to enjoy. Food and service was fantastic. Location was a little far from the shopping district (20 mins walk) but ample transport was waiting out side day and night. I definatly will be there again on my next visit.

A very nice hotel to relax and unwind after a long journey. The staff were very helpful and friendly, we enjoyed our stay here.
