Pure luxury. very comfortable rooms, however the restaurant and drinks is a bit overpriced. but definitely a real treat

Great location - the short boat ride across the river is a treat. Excellent hotel would recommend to stay there!!

Best hotel in Bangkok. They could step up the service a little bit. But if you inform them that something is wrong, they will go out of their way to fix it. Make sure your room isn't freezing before you check in. They seem to like to make it ice cold.
